October Favs

BAREMINERALS – bareSkin Complete Coverage Serum Concealer – I have been in love with this concealer since the moment I purchased it! It has been my go-to concealer for everyday. I love it because it doesn’t crease or settle in fine lines, like some concealers can tend to do. This concealer is so creamy, pigmented, and full coverage, yet so hydrating and luminous. If you struggle with dry under eye, I would definitely suggest this concealer for you!  I did a complete review on this concealer, if you want to check it out here.

Morphe – 35O Palette – If you are familiar with Morphe Brushes, then you know all about this raved palette. I had to wait for months to get this palette, and let me tell you it was well worth the wait. The palette is filled with loads of warm tones, neutral shades, and some great shimmer and matte shadows. I’m obsessed with this palette! The shadows are so pigmented, blendable, creamy, and last all day long. The quality of these shadows are so high-end, but yet has a drug-store price point! If you are a lover of warm tone shadows, you need this palette in your life.

Lorac –  Mega Pro Palette 2 – I purchased this palette the day it was in stores at Ulta. I have never owned any of the Lorac palettes, so knew I had to get my hands on it! I have heard all the other Pro Palletes get such great reviews, so I wanted to try this one out and there were several shades in the palette that sparked my interest.  I love this palette so much, all the shadows are richly pigmented, buttery, smooth, and blend like a dream. This palette is a great palette for every day use with warm, cool, and shimmy shades. This will not be my last palette purchase from Lorac, thats for sure! This palette would be a perfect gift for a makeup lover for the holidays.

Lush – Bubble Bar Blue Clouds – I purchased a boat load of products from Lush a while back, and did a first impressions on the products I had used so far, if you want to check that out here.  Let me just say I’m still in love! I love this bubble bar, because it has lasted me bath, after bath! The scent is amazing, and leaves your bath a beautiful blue hue. This bubble bar will leave you feeling so relaxed and refreshed. On the website it says to break in half, and use. I couldn’t imagine the amount of bubbles you would get with that, because I usually just break off a small piece and crumble it up under the water and that is usually more than plenty of bubbles. Either way this bubble bar is worth the money!

Neutrogena – Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup –  I have been really happy with the foundations I have been using lately so didn’t really feel the need to add yet another foundation in the mix, but I have to say I really enjoy using this foundation on days where I want a really natural looking finish or I’m in a rush out the door going to run errands or go to the gym. This foundation leaves your skin looking so beautiful and natural. I like to use a foundation brush with this foundation, working in downward motions and then blending it out with a beauty blender. It gives the most beautiful, natural, dewy finish to the skin. If you are oily, I would suggest setting where you tend to get oily. If you are searching for a natural, medium coverage foundation try this one out!

SOAP & GLORY  – Rich & Foamous Body Wash – Ulta is now carrying Soap & Glory products, and I’m so glad they are! I have heard so many great things about their products but never have tried them out before. So, I picked this body wash up when I was in one day and I have been hooked ever since. The smell of this body wash is so heavenly, it is described as having almond, oats, and brown sugar and when you think of all those scents together you think it would be too warm and over powering, but it has a fresh scent to it as well. This body wash leaves you feeling moisturized and smelling great! I love it, and I love the fact that it comes with a pump as well. If you are in Ulta, check out this body wash because you have to smell it for yourself.
